Shipping Policy

- Unlike other sites that offer free shipping, we prefer to charge you a lower price for our products and the correct shipping charge to your address.
- We ship anywhere in the 48 continental United States.
- We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States.
- We ship exclusively with UPS, and charge our discounted rates.
- Shipping charges shown at the time an order is placed are only estimates. We frequently combine items into larger boxes to minimize the shipping charges.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless an item(s) is being returned due to damage. In which event, Custom Specialties will issue a call tag to pick up the damaged item(s), and a new item(s) wil be shipped at no charge.
